How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web (tellmarket.app): go to your account page → Stripe manages cancellation. Cancel any time before the next renewal.
On iPhone (App Store subscription): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tellmarket → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the period ends.
How do I get a refund?
Web (Stripe) purchases: email us at support@tellmarket.app and we’ll process it within a few days.
iOS (Apple) purchases: Apple processes refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund. If Apple declines and you think it was an error, email us and we’ll do what we can.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@tellmarket.app from the address you signed up with. We may verify your identity before processing. Once verified, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. transaction records for tax).
I'm not getting alerts.
For email alerts, check your spam folder and confirm you clicked the verification link in your first email. For iOS push, go to Settings → Tellmarket → Notifications and make sure they’re enabled. Alerts only fire when a market meets the thresholds you configured.
Where does the data come from?
Public market data from Kalshi and Polymarket. Tellmarket does not place trades or hold funds. To act on an opportunity, open Kalshi or Polymarket directly via the links we provide.
I think a price is wrong.
Tell us — include the market title and a screenshot if you can. We’ll investigate and patch the data pipeline if needed.
I found a security issue.
Please report it privately to support@tellmarket.app with the subject line “Security.” Don’t publicly disclose until we’ve had a chance to investigate and respond.
